an empty stomach is a sensitive stomach, i have learned this the hard way

pls eat something, even something boring like crackers, before you take your meds unless they absolutely say not to take with food

no i've already taken it with food, the thing is it doesn't kick in until like ~2h after when my stomach empties

so i don't want to eat anything until i know it's not going to make me puke b/c puking bile is way way way better than puking food
