i hate that video/gif set of the golden eagle lying on its back

i know that i'm being this is not cute about it but that eagle is wide eyed, hyper alert, panting, and has its head feathers pinned back. that's all the signs of stress and it's probably too exhausted to struggle

yup. unfortunately that's true of a lot of "qt" animal pics, even for like dogs and stuff

there was a good article recently about how the demand for qt animal pics is a gold mine for abusive exotic animal breeders
