why is applying to college so god damn frustrating

i feel like i'm just throwing my transcript into the void because i have no way to tell if the admissions dept received it or not. there are 25 different people listed under admissions staff, do i just pick one at random to e-mail? i don't fucking know

not to mention i don't know where or how to register for classes because their website doesn't fucking say
