no one said he was straight. he wants ANYBODY to accept him. yea it's messed up that he felt relieved that he likes a girl but it's bc of his internalized shit

also i like how it wasnt an end-of-the-world scenario right away, it was about solving a murder mystery before you find out about gods and fog and shit
