post-top surgery nipples often aren't normal looking to begin with, and a lot of men opt to just get them removed altogether either out of dysphoria or out of just not wanting funky nipples

yes everyone has nipples but for a lot of trans men, nipples are still an association to breasts that causes dysphoria
