the reason a lot of english/spanish speaking mmo players have beef with brazilians is because most mmos don't have brazilian servers, but they DO have A LOT OF BRAZILIAN PLAYERS
who then are forced to play on english or spanish speaking servers and since they dont speak english it irritates people who can't just ignore them
also i think the huehuehue thing also got popular from people on omegle/chatroulette who kept running into brazilian folk on there too
