y do the sailor scouts all have nail polish put on as part of their transformations when they all wear gloves
like no1 is going to see the nail polish after that first second and when they're back to their normal selves the nail polish is gone

its a marketing gimmick
every season the new sailor scouts introduce new makeup used in their transormations, and during the time those aired they sold toy makeup for little girls based on the ones they used to transform
there was lipstick, nail polish, blush i think?
