yes, esp. if you are having heavier than normal periods, or if they're more painful than usual. it could be a sign of endometriosis.
even if it's just a fluctuation, you'll probs want to check your iron levels/for anemia to avoid any of those kinds of issues, if you also have an ed.

i hope so too. fwiw, it's likely to be a fluke. but yeah, if you have issues with anemia, i'd get it checked regardless. even if it's nothing, your gyno can prescribe iron supplements or w/e
