this morning i had a salad with lettuce, ranch, edamame, sunflower seeds & garbanzo beans. 2 glasses of raspberry smoothies. a glass of chocolate expresso. some watermelon and cantaloupe. a piece of bread with cheese and tomatoes. and i'm still hungry

you need more string cheese, yogurt, and peanut butter

i eat yogurt in the dining hall so much but literally the only yogurt they have is really sugary gross vanilla yogurt. like yoplait or something

i eat peanut butter all the time cause it's the only food i have in my room and i eat celery or carrots with peanut butter in the dining hall like every dinner. it's still idk just not very filling

welp change up your eating habits so that you leave the hall feeling satisfied, idk what else to tell you
