but omg nona insanity is so hard but so cool iykwim
and all the other workouts have 30sec breaks built in but pure cardio doesn't have any breaks it just goes on and on and on ha ha haaaaaa and i thought i was gonna die but i didnt :3 and then i went straight into cardio abs which had literally 0 sit-ups so i'm a happy girl rn bc i hate sit-ups lol
i'm p sure all the vids are on vimeo if u wanna have a go. the leader guy is really charming but u wanna punch him in the face after about 4 minutes when he's like "let's do burpees :)))))" and your body's like lol nope
